1. Compatibility Guarantee (Our Core Promise)

If a product purchased through ReplacementParts-AI is not compatible with your system or equipment, you are eligible for:

  • Free return shipping

  • Full refund or replacement

  • Priority support to identify the correct part

Conditions:

  • Product must have been selected using our compatibility tools or with guidance from our support team

  • Item must be unused or only minimally tested

  • No signs of installation damage or misuse

 


 

2. Standard Returns (Non-Compatibility / Remorse Returns)

We accept returns for:

  • Ordered wrong item

  • No longer needed

  • Changed mind

Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Condition Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All components and materials included

 


 

3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation

  • Used, worn, or modified items

  • Returns without authorization (RMA)

  • Returns after 30 days

  • Orders outside the United States

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of packaging and product

5. Return Process (Required)

  2. Provide order number and reason

  3. Receive RMA + return label

Important:

  • Returns without RMA will not be accepted

6. Refunds

7. Exchanges

  • No direct exchanges

  • Place a new order after return if needed

 


 

8. Subscription Products

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime before next billing cycle

Billing

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled

Returns

  • First order eligible under standard policy

  • Future shipments follow same rules

    • Compatibility issue → free return

9. Geographic Limitations

  • Shipping limited to the United States

10. Policy Abuse
