1. Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship internationally

  • Orders with international forwarding addresses may be canceled at our discretion

 


 

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after cutoff times, weekends, or holidays will process the next business day

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (or free above threshold if you choose to offer it)

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

 


 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

 


 

5. Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions (weather, volume, strikes)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Missed delivery attempts

However, we will assist in resolving issues wherever possible.

 


 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact support

  • We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Customer must:

    • Verify address accuracy

    • Check with neighbors/household

  • We may require a claim submission with the carrier

ReplacementParts-AI is not liable for theft after confirmed delivery but will support resolution where possible.

 


 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund

If caught early:

  • Contact support immediately—we may be able to update before shipment

 


 

8. Split Shipments

  • Orders may ship from multiple warehouses

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • No additional cost to the customer

 


 

9. Subscription Orders

For subscription-based products:

  • Orders are processed automatically per your selected schedule

  • Shipping follows the same timelines as standard orders

  • You will receive tracking for each shipment

Address Changes

  • Must be updated before the next billing date

  • Changes after processing cannot be applied to that shipment

 


 

10. Compatibility Guarantee & Shipping
